Jane Geltch
I am a participatory process host, and steward of the Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter. I love working with organisations 'going Teal', and am a student of the new paradigms emerging for a more connected, compassionate future.
I see my work with Purpose Partners as co-creation - working with others to bring new ideas to life. I have a growing conviction that empathy, compassion and forgiveness are the keys to a meaningful life. I love hosting and nourishing others on their path as they host and nourish me. |

I’m passionate about people! Seeing people discover what they care about, enough to act on, is exciting and rewarding. I’m an international community engagement and development trainer and facilitator who believes in the power of tapping into the collective wisdom of a community to strengthen and build on what’s already there.
I’m a Collective Member of the Jeder Institute and have been applying participatory leadership processes to my work for almost 2 decades. As an ABCD trainer and consultant, founding member and Facilitator of the ABCD Asia Pacific Network, an Art of Hosting trained facilitator, a founding co-creator of The Unconference, a Flow Game Host and DRUMBEAT Facilitator, I love witnessing the light bulb moments people have when they discover their assets and strengths! |

My business Transforming Talk's purpose is 'awakening our ability to convene in conversation and operate as a collective'. |

I am a youth development advocate and I currently work in a youth led organisation, supporting the programs and wellbeing of young people across the whole Hunter Region. Through this work, I have seen the power of storytelling and conversation in shifting people’s lives. Being part of an Art of Hosting Team also allows me to be part of incredible change.
I love to explore different ways that colours, art expression and environments impact on health and wellbeing, and Art of Hosting practices are a wonderful way to connect with others. I am excited to continue integrating a deep meaning into my work, as I’m reflective, a deep soul. Through the Art of Hosting ‘harvesting’ process, I love integrating the mood of the room, the learning in the room, and moments of humour. |

I was born and grew up in the Hunter and am exploring with curiosity current connections and community and where I can merge in. I am a rights and values driven ‘can do’ change agent and enjoy stretching expectations about what is possible. I have worked for more than 20 years in the areas of community capacity building, working with young people, and people with disabilities. I have hosted drumming workshops in schools and communities and through life experience have interests in working with children and young people, and exploring sustainable models of community living. One of my current passions is around creating space to host conversations around doing death and dying well

I have worked in complex public and private national, state and local organisational systems for 30 years, across all areas of human capital, with expertise in industrial relations, change management and leadership. In my work, I have advocated for targets of workplace bullies, managed investigation processes when bullying and harassment claims have been lodged, and experienced direct bullying behaviours in dysfunctional work systems.
The insights I have gained into entrenched workplace dysfunction have led to my commitment to supporting a different way of working within organisational systems. My aim is to increase the accessibility and take-up of leadership throughout the organisation to support well-being in the organisational space. Drawing on my organisational expertise and interest in well-being, I have developed a unique coaching and yoga-based program - CALM - to support employees transform their experience of workplace dysfunction. I provide training for staff, community groups and organisations through dynamiCChange coaching, to increase awareness in managing workplace dysfunction. |
